Position: Project Manager – Pipelines - Compliance

Position Summary
The position reports to the Director and is responsible for providing pipeline regulatory compliance subject matter expertise and consulting support for EPCM’s oil and gas industry client on an ongoing major Pipeline project.
This 3-month contract position will likely be renewed for 6 to 12 additional months.
Responsibilities
- Make recommendations and be involved with important decision making on highly technical and complex aspects of a pipeline infrastructure project. Able to put together rough concepts for execution by others.
- Actively leads project planning, resourcing, staffing, de-staffing, supply and subcontract management through the Energy Services
- Prepare and execute Project Management Plans including Work Plans, Risk Management Plans, Safety Plans, Quality Plans, and Communications Plans.
- Define, Develop and Document multiple dependent or independent Project Budgets & Schedules, approve changes to baseline / estimates and new forecasted dates.
- Define scope and create WBS, verifying scope and following procedures to monitor and control changes on project.

Position: Project Coordinator – Pipelines - Reporting

Position Summary
As the Project Coordinator–Pipelines–Reporting, your main responsibility will be reporting on the whole project, ideally using MS Project.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the EPCM’S Pipeline team, a fast-paced group of cross-functional professionals. This team ensures that all dependencies and deliverables are completed in advance of construction required by date, issues are effectively escalated, risks are mitigated, and key information is communicated to required Project Teams and Leadership to facilitate the delivery of the Project on-schedule and on-budget.
This is a 3-month contract position reporting to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an interface with Project Management, Client, Vendors and Leadership to align project requirements with delivery of Project Team dependencies.
- Ensure action to advance the delivery of dependencies on-time, mitigate risks before they become issues, and resolve issues to maintain schedule.
- Coordinate actions relating to key risks, issues, and dependencies that present a significant threat to schedule. Escalate as required to PM & Leadership.
- Coordinate across functional groups and management levels to escalate issues and expedite actions and decisions.
